I AM tired of reading the criticism about so many thing that are done in Bournemouth.
The latest is the fences put up to prevent the goats on the cliff from straying on the overcliff path.
I’m sure that there are many people who delight in seeing the goats happily munching the weeds growing on the cliff face and the very large mesh fences can hardly be said to block one’s view of the sea.
Why not commend the council for planting crocuses on the verges in Holdenhurst Avenue, which come up year after year so welcoming the spring (in January!)? Also the purple violets already flowering on the side of the path from Boscombe Pier to the clifftop.
Well done!
