A NEW restaurant has opened in Rosyth.
Panas, on Queensferry Road, is a fusion of Indian, Nepalese, Thai and Chinese cuisine.
Owner and manager Madhabv Pantha told the Press: "We've had a lot of interest and we've been busy.
"We have an area for the buffet but also a separate seating section for fine dining.
"We're also open for deliveries and takeaways.
"The building was a pub before so it's been totally refurbished.
"We've got a whole team of chefs and staff from the industry.
"We were hoping to open in December but there were some delays with the paperwork.
"We hope the restaurant is something new for Rosyth."
Panas has taken over the old premises of Cleo's Bar, which closed unexpectedly last summer.
