The woman was taken to hospital with a serious injury
A 61-YEAR-OLD woman was taken to hospital with a serious injury after being knocked down in Dunfermline on Saturday evening.
Emergency services raced to the junction of Campbell Street and Pilmuir Street just after 7pm.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We were called to a report of a crash between a car and a pedestrian. A 61-year-old woman was taken to Victoria Hospital with a serious injury, which was not life-threatening."
