A MAN caused a disturbance at a West Fife pharmacy after being told his medication was unavailable.

Dylan Graham acted aggressively towards staff, kicked a door and made a threat.

Graham, 30, of Rossend Terrace, Burntisland, appeared from custody at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.

He admitted that on February 26, at Aberdour Pharmacy, High Street, he shouted, swore, acted aggressively towards two female members of staff, kicked a door and made a threat.

Defence solicitor Kris Gilmartin said: “He had been changed from one pharmacy to another. He paid £25 to get to the new pharmacy only to be told his medication was not available. He accepts he lost his temper.”

Sheriff James Macdonald deferred sentence until April 15 for reports.
