A DUNFERMLINE man has been fined for growing four cannabis plants in his home.
Craig Brown, 40, of Abel Place, admitted that on October 6, at his home, he was producing a controlled drug, namely cannabis.
Brown was not present at Dunfermline Sheriff Court but submitted a guilty plea by letter.
Depute fiscal Dev Kapadia said there were four plants found in the house, along with a tent and extractor fan.
Sheriff Alastair Brown imposed a fine of £130.
