DENI SMITH is providing free online lessons for kids to help them learn about music from an early age.

The former Press Live Music Award winner will provide a weekly dose of fun activities every Friday as part of Soundbops Music Time.

Deni posted her first video at 11am on Friday on the Soundbops Facebook page, featuring different musical styles and genres from around the world.

She said: “We’re going to be learning all about different musical styles, concepts and music from all around the world.

"Don’t worry, you don’t need to have any musical instruments in your house because we’re going to be doing some really fun and cool things like making our own.

“Every Friday, we’ll be posting a new video and we’ll also be linking it with a Spotify playlist so you can listen to a bunch of cool music every single week.

“Music is absolutely amazing and we can’t wait to get started and share this journey with you. It’s going to be so much fun and we can’t wait to learn."

Soundbops is an innovative way to engage children with music from an early age.
