THE Alhambra Theatre is encouraging customers to keep their tickets as the venue reschedules as many shows as it can.

All original tickets will remain valid as the theatre announces new dates for shows that have been cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Comedian Ed Byrne will now be performing live in Dunfermline on February 26, 2021, instead of June 5 this year.

Al Murray is taking to the Alhambra stage this year on September 18, a week before Fastlove, a tribute to George Michael, arrives on September 26.

The Johnny Cash Roadshow has moved to January 29 and Francis Ross is now slated for March 20 at the venue.

Burn The Floor, which had a date of May 1, will now take place on July 3 this year.

Showaddywaddy, originally on May 2, will instead be held on August 28.

An Alhambra spokesperson said: “Over the past few weeks, we have been working closely with promoters to arrange rescheduled dates for as many of our upcoming shows as possible. All original tickets will remain valid.

“By rescheduling your show, it means that you will be able to keep the seats you have, and it will be a straightforward change of dates.”

“If you have any questions please email boxoffice@alhambradunfermline.com. Please note our box office team are working remotely and as such on a skeleton staff basis. Please allow us time to respond. Please also note we are unable to answer individual queries via social media.

“Thank you to everyone for their patience at this time.”
