IN just seven days police in South West Fife dealt with 206 calls and crimes including assault to injury, possession of class A and B drugs, resisting arrest, shoplifting and vandalism.
Their beat includes Rosyth, Inverkeithing, Dalgety Bay and the West Fife villages and last week 35 of those calls required an immediate or priority response.
This led to 24 crime files being recorded, containing a total of 30 charges, and also included assault, breach of bail, culpable and reckless conduct and driving with no insurance.
South West Fife police added: "Some of the calls relate to crime but we also attended to road traffic matters, concern for person calls, reports of missing persons and more."
