LONG-STANDING bad feeling between two women led to them fighting in the street outside a Dunfermline pub.
Susan Walton, 34, of Martin Street, Buckhaven, has now been sentenced for the offence at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
She previously admitted that on May 27, 2018 at Pilmuir Street, Dunfermline, she conducted herself in a disorderly manner, fought with a woman and committed a breach of the peace.
Walton submitted her guilty plea in January. Sentence was deferred then for good behaviour.
Depute fiscal Dev Kapadia previously told the court: “It would appear there is a long-standing grievance between the two, going back three years.
“There was a chance encounter between them at the pub and then outside it. There was an initial scuffle which turned into a fight.”
The court was told Walton was “extremely remorseful” for her behaviour.
Having been told that Walton had been of good behaviour since the last hearing, Sheriff James MacDonald admonished her.
