A DUNFERMLINE man who was placed on a non-harassment order to protect his ex-partner continued to offend.
As a result, Andrew Wilson, 42, of Inchkeith Drive, was back in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that having been placed on a non-harassment order on December 18, he breached it on various occasions between May 5 and 20, in Dunfermline, by contacting the woman, meeting up with her and verbally abusing her.
He also admitted that he breached a bail order imposed on February 20 by repeatedly contacting his ex-partner by phone and text.
Sheriff Charles Macnair called for Wilson to be assessed for suitability for the Caledonian Men’s Programme for domestic abuse offenders.
Wilson will return to court for sentencing on September 2.
