Dunfermline Sheriff Court
A WOMAN was injured when her partner kicked an object at her during a domestic dispute in Newmills.
The offender, James Campbell, 47, of Preston Crescent, High Valleyfield, has appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on May 29 at an address in Newmills, he assaulted his partner by repeatedly shouting and swearing, then kicked an object which struck her on the body to her injury and the offence was aggravated by involving abuse of his partner.
Sheriff Charles Macnair called for reports and Campbell will be sentenced on September 9.
