A 51-YEAR-OLD man caused a disturbance at a Dunfermline garage then threatened to set the building on fire.
Days later, he caused another incident in a shop where he used racist language.
As a result, Steven Murray, of Calder Crescent, Edinburgh, appeared in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on June 24, at Gleneagle Motors, Grieve Street, he shouted, swore and made threats to set fire to the premises.
He also admitted that on June 29, at Mr Ali’s, Rumblingwell, he acted in a racially-aggravated manner by shouting, swearing and making racial remarks to Rahman Ali.
Sheriff Charles Macnair called for reports and Murray will be sentenced on September 30.
