A ROSYTH man was caught driving when banned.
At Dunfermline Sheriff Court, 43-year-old Kevin Thompson submitted guilty pleas to two offences.
Thompson, of Whinnyburn Place, admitted that on July 11, in Primrose Lane, Rosyth, he drove a car while disqualified and also drove without insurance.
The court heard that Thompson’s current ban will not end until November.
He was banned last year after driving between Rosyth and Dunfermline when unfit to do so through drink or drugs.
Sheriff Charles Macnair called for reports and Thompson will be sentenced for his latest offences on September 30.
