A WOMAN was punched and kicked repeatedly by her then partner during an incident in their home in Townhill.
Cory Miller, 29, now of Adamson Avenue, Kirkcaldy, was found guilty after a trial at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He had denied that on February 15, at an address in Townhill, he assaulted his then partner by punching and kicking her repeatedly on the head and body to her injury.
In her evidence, the victim told the court she had sustained a broken nose in the attack after a row had broken out on the night of Valentine’s Day.
Reports were called for and Miller will return to court for sentencing on October 12.
