A KELTY man made death threats and said he was going to burn a house down.

Dwain Morgan, 29, of Keltyhill Road, appeared from custody at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.

He admitted that on September 21 last year, at Loch Leven Terrace, Kelty, he acted in a racially-aggravated manner towards the complainer by shouting, swearing, threatening to burn down the man’s house, threatening to murder him, threatening to set fire to his car and made racially-offensive comments.

He also admitted that he then struggled with police officers who were called to the scene.

Sheriff Charles Macnair called for reports and Morgan will be sentenced on October 14. The court was told Morgan is currently remanded in custody for other matters.
