A DUNFERMLINE man dropped his trousers and exposed his buttocks to his neighbours, shouting: “Take a photo of this.”

Warren Heath, 51, of The Castings, submitted a guilty plea by letter at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.

He admitted that on October 12 at The Castings, he shouted, swore, pulled down his trousers and exposed his buttocks.

Depute fiscal Jill Currie said there had been “ongoing issues” between Heath and his next-door neighbours.

She went on: “At 11.45am, the couple who live next to him were in their front garden when a car came around the corner driven by the accused.

“He had just returned home from working off-shore. He rolled down his window and started shouting and swearing at them.”

The woman went into her house to get her phone to film his antics.

The depute added: “She was then shocked to see the accused had dropped his trousers. He shouted: ‘Take a photo of this’.”

Heath then pulled his trousers back up and went into his house.

Sheriff Charles Macnair fined Heath £500.
