A ROSYTH man who was caught driving when disqualified has been given another ban.
Kevin Thompson was warned if he repeats the offence he can expect to go to jail.
Thompson, 43, of Whinnyburn Place, appeared for sentencing at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He previously admitted that on July 11, in Primrose Lane, Rosyth, he drove a car while disqualified and without insurance.
Defence solicitor Aime Allan said: “He thought his disqualification was over.”
The court heard that Thompson’s current ban will not end until November.
He was banned last year after driving between Rosyth and Dunfermline when unfit to do so through drink or drugs.
For this latest offence, Sheriff Alastair Brown imposed a community payback order with 140 hours of unpaid work and banned him from driving for a year.
