A MOTOR-CYCLIST was found to be five times over the limit in Inverkeithing.
Declan Farrell, 31, of Clark Road, Inverkeithing, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on September 12, in Inverkeithing High Street, he drove a motor cycle after consuming excess alcohol.
His reading was 110 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the legal limit being 22 microgrammes.
He also admitted failing to identify the driver as required by police, following the offence.
Sheriff Charles Macnair called for reports and Farrell will be sentenced on October 28. He was banned from driving with immediate effect.
