THE Kincardine Bridge has reopened after emergency services completed a search following a report of concern for a person in the water.
Police Scotland have confirmed there was "no trace" of a person and their investigations are ongoing.
A spokesperson said: “Officers were called following a report of concern for a person believed to be in the water near to Kincardine Bridge at around 12.30pm on Tuesday, 17 November, 2020.
"The bridge was closed for a short time and a multi-agency search of the area was carried out with no trace of a person. Enquiries are continuing."
Emergency services had raced to the scene this afternoon and motorists were advised to use the Clackmannanshire Bridge.
