A DUNFERMLINE sex offender who breached a court order by going onto a social media site has appeared back in the dock.
Neil McGibbon, 30, of Cleish Place, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that being subject to a Sexual Offences Prevention Order (SOPO) granted on May 1, 2015, he breached the conditions on October 14 by accessing a social media site.
Sheriff Charles Macnair called for reports and McGibbon will be sentenced on December 9.
McGibbon had admitted previously to being in possession of more than 14,000 indecent images and videos of children.
