THE first image in this week's trip down West Fife's Memory Lane shows a view looking up Chalmers Street in Dunfermline.
The postcard captures the scene around 1909 as seen from the gates of Pittencrieff Park and the bottom of Bridge Street.
The second view is looking west along the High Street. The building on the right is now occupied by Bob and Bert's cafe.
More photographs like these can be seen in Dunfermline Carnegie Library & Galleries (an appointment to do so has to be made at present due to COVID restrictions) and also at facebook.com/olddunfermline. DVDs are available online from olddunfermline.com/shop and also in Fire Station Creative.
