A DUNFERMLINE man has been sentenced for exposing himself in the street after a row at a pizza take-away shop.

Grzegorz Gorka was found guilty after a trial at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.

Gorka, 30, of Linburn Road, was convicted of a charge that on July 7 last year at Carnegie Drive, Dunfermline, he deliberately exposed his penis and committed the offence of public indecency.

A witness told the court she was working as door staff at the Brasshouse bar on the night of the incident.

She saw a disturbance outside the nearby Pizza Boy take-away involving Gorka and others. She said Gorka was being held back by a friend to stop him fighting.

She went on: “A male was being really aggressive and then he exposed himself. He unzipped his trousers and took his genitals out.”

The witness said Gorka was shouting at a pizza delivery worker as he exposed himself and said, “Suck my d***”.

She also heard him shouting “F*** you bitch”.

Sheriff James MacDonald told Gorka: “This could be described as drunken stupidity.”

He imposed a community payback order with 90 hours of unpaid work.
