AN INCIDENT in a Rosyth store led to a local man appearing at court.
In the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court was Andrew Dempster, 40, of Alexander Place, Rosyth.
He admitted that on May 14, at the Co-op store, Castlandhill Road, he acted in an aggressive manner towards a female employee and raised his voice towards her.
Defence solicitor Peter Robertson conceded: βHe has a very lengthy record.β
Sheriff Charles Macnair called for reports and Dempster will be sentenced on February 3.
