Normally packed with office workers, shoppers and schoolkids, this was the scene at lunchtime on a deserted Dunfermline High Street yesterday.
While it's just a snapshot, the photo suggests the vast majority of the West Fife public are abiding by lockdown restrictions as we try to combat the spread of Covid-19.
Although the daily number of cases have risen sharply in the past few days, there's also hope with the first round of vaccinations having been completed in all 76 care homes in Fife while almost 200,000 jabs have been administered across Scotland.

The pandemic has had a huge impact on local businesses, with many forced to close their doors, and Fife Council have taken the first steps towards an economic recovery with the appointment of a new business development manager for Dunfermline (you can read more about him in today's paper).
