FIRE crews have rushed to Halbeath to deal with a blaze at a shed.
The building that's alight is in Long Row, north of the level crossing and off Kingseat Road.
Local resident Mark Sherry called the Press and said: "I live in Halbeath village itself and just happened to look out the window.
"There's a massive fire up at Long Row, the flames are really leaping high and I can see the black smoke."
A spokesperson told the Press: “The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service was alerted at 4.15pm on Wednesday to a report of a garden shed on fire at Long Row, Halbeath, Dunfermline.
"Operations Control immediately mobilised two fire appliances to the scene, where crews remain in attendance.”
