A MAN was taken to hospital after a tractor overturned on a West Fife road on Saturday.
Emergency services raced to the scene off the A921 near Otterston Loch to deal with the incident which saw the minor road's closure for several hours while recovery took place.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We were made aware of a crash involving a single vehicle, a tractor, on a minor road off the A921 near Dalgety Bay shortly before midday on Saturday.
"One man has been taken to the Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy and the tractor has since been recovered."
The road was reopened just before 4.30pm following the tractor's recovery.
