A 26-YEAR-OLD man caused a disturbance in Dunfermline, running in front of his partner’s car, kicking the vehicle, spitting on her and then removing her cat from her home.
Sean Caddle, of Driers Drive, Linlithgow, appeared in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on March 10, at St Margaret’s Street, Dunfermline, within a car outside Asda St Leonard's and in other streets in Dunfermline, he shouted and swore at his partner, called her derogatory names, ran in front of her car whereby she was forced to stop.
He then punched and banged on the car windows, kicked the car, causing damage to the wing mirror, attempt to enter the car, spat on her, threatened her with violence and removed her cat from the house.
Sheriff Charles Macnair called for reports and Caddle will be sentenced on April 21.
