A 25-year-old man has been banned after being caught drug-driving in Dunfermline.
Philip Baillie, of Echlin Gardens, South Queensferry, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on January 31 on Linburn Road, he drove a vehicle when his blood reading was 159 microgrammes of Benzoylecgonine – the test indicates the use of cocaine – per litre of blood, the legal limit being 50 microgrammes.
Baillie was fined £470 and banned from driving for a year by Sheriff Charles Macnair.
