A WOMAN has been arrested after a man fell from a window in Dunfermline.
The 41-year-old was seriously injured after falling from a window in Adamson Crescent in the early hours of Thursday morning.
He was taken by ambulance to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh after the incident at around 1.15am.
A 33-year-old woman has been arrested in connection with the incident and is due to appear at Dunfermline Sheriff Court today (Friday).
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 1.15am on Thursday, May 13, a 41-year-old man was seriously injured after falling from a window in Adamson Crescent, Dunfermline. He was taken by ambulance to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh where he remains for treatment. Medical staff describe his condition as serious but stable.
"A 33-year-old woman has been arrested and charged in connection with the incident. She was due to appear at Dunfermline Sheriff Court on Friday, 14 May. Further enquiries are ongoing."
