Dunfermline woman reported missing has been found safe
A DUNFERMLINE woman that had been reported missing has been found safe and well.
Officers from Police Scotland have confirmed that 24-year-old Samantha Bedborough has been traced.
Known as Sammie, she had last been seen getting off a bus at the intersection of Queensferry Street and Princes Street in Edinburgh at around 7.22pm on Thursday.
Fife Police Division confirmed yesterday (Sunday, 11.15am) that she had been found following a public appeal.
A spokesperson said: "We can confirm Samantha Bedborough, 24, who had been reported missing from Dunfermline has been traced safe and well.
"Thanks to everyone who helped with our earlier appeal for information."
