A 23-YEAR-OLD man drove dangerously at excessive speeds through Rosyth and failed to stop for police.
The driver was Brandon Naismith, formerly of Mitchell Walk, Rosyth, now of Macbeth Road, Dunfermline.
As a result, he appeared in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on November 14, in Kings Crescent, Kings Road, Albert Street and Kings Park, Rosyth, he drove dangerously, at excessive speeds and travelled on the opposing carriageway, forcing an oncoming vehicle to take evasive action.
In Kings Crescent, he failed to stop for police. He also admitted he was driving without insurance.
Sheriff Charles Macnair called for reports and Naismith will be sentenced on July 7. He also imposed a temporary driving ban with immediate effect.
