A man has been arrested and charged after an incident in the Wedderburn Crescent area.
A MAN has been arrested and charged after being spotted acting suspiciously in a Dunfermline street.
The alleged incident took place in Wedderburn Crescent on Thursday afternoon and it is understood that householders spotted a man trying doors of several houses in the area.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “On Thursday, 17 June, officers were called to a report of a man acting suspiciously in the area of Wedderburn Crescent.
"The 40-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with this incident. A full report will be sent to the procurator fiscal.”
