A DUNFERMLINE woman threatened to display a photo of her former partner’s “wee chipolata” on social media after he bragged about his sex life with his new girlfriend.

Paula Dowie’s behaviour landed her in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.

Dowie, 46, of Drum Road, admitted that between July 9-10, she threatened repeatedly to post pictures of his genitals on social media.

Depute fiscal Azrah Yousaf said the man had sent a photo of his penis to Dowie when they were still in a relationship.

In an exchange of messages, she wrote: “I’ve still got the pics of your wee chipolata. I’ll put them on social media now.”

She also wrote: “Your d*** wouldn’t satisfy a mouse.”

The court was told the abusive messages were going both ways and Dowie had been called a “munter”.

The man had also been bragging about his sex life with his new partner and it was at this point, Dowie had threatened to post the photo.

Sheriff Alastair Brown told Dowie: “This was your response to matters coming to a head and it was an ill-judged response.”

However, he said that he hoped the experience of going to court would be enough punishment and admonished her.
