A Scotland fan from Inverkeithing has appeared in court following an incident at a hotel in central London on Friday night.
Ross James Ferris was arrested for causing criminal damage and having possession of class A drugs.
It's understood that the 27-year-old was in London for the Scotland clash against England for Euro 2020.
It has been reported that he fell from the fourth floor from a hotel in Lancaster Gate onto the street below where he is understood to have suffered injuries to his hand.
Ferris has also been charged for assault against a police officer and assault occasioning in ABH.
A Met Police spokesperson said: “Ross James Ferris, 27, of Hill Street in Fife, Scotland was charged on Saturday, 19 June with the following offences: Criminal damage under £5,000, possession of class A drugs, assault against a police officer and assault occasioning in ABH.
“He was bailed to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Monday July 19.
“This follows an incident at a hotel in Lancaster Gate, W2 at approximately 21:40hrs on Friday, 18 June.”
