THE Mackay boys are back at it again with a new tune.
Donald and Stuart, the infamous identical twins from Dunfermline, lead the line for five-piece TwinsTown, and are currently riding on the crest of a wave after releasing their debut single.
Their 12-track record, Brankholm Brae, named after the Rosyth street they live in, will follow in due course, but Dive In is the first instalment of what is to come from the band, which has Wayne Robertson, Harry Dixon and Mark Guyan completing the line-up.
Described by the group as a “sunshine-gilded guitar-pop gem that sounds something like a cross between Steve Harley’s seventies rock statements and The View’s energetic indie trailblazers, Dive In is a bright and breezy introduction”, to their music.
Dive In, via Whanga Records, is available to stream now on Spotify.
