A popular Dunfermline town centre pub is set to reopen on Friday after being forced to close for over a week.
East Port Bar had to shut its doors last Thursday, July 15, citing reasons around Covid-19 self-isolation measures.
The pub opened up to customers on May 17 following months of lockdown.
Owned and managed by Stonegate Group, the pub was fitted out to comply with COVID-19 safety regulations.
This included external signage clearly setting out the safety measures in place.
A statement on the pub's Facebook page said: "Ladies and Gents, I’m very sorry to say, due to covid isolations we have had to close our doors temporarily.
"We will be on Friday 23rd July; fit, strong and ready to serve!
"See you all soon!
"Stay safe
"East Port Team."
