A 31-YEAR-OLD phoned his former partner repeatedly then turned up in her garden demanding to speak to her.
The offender was Shaun Gillan, formerly of Spittalfield Crescent, Inverkeithing, now of Wardie Road, Glasgow.
At Dunfermline Sheriff Court, he admitted that between June 1-18, at an address in Inverkeithing, he engaged in an abusive course of behaviour towards his ex-partner by phoning her repeatedly, entered her garden, demanded to speak to her, failed to stop when instructed to do so and he thereby caused her to suffer fear, alarm and psychological harm.
He also admitted he breached bail conditions not to contact his ex-partner when between March 15 and May 1, he did so repeatedly.
Sheriff Linda Smith called for reports and Gillan will be sentenced on August 11.
