He failed to stop after colliding with a parked car
AN INTOXICATED driver failed to stop after colliding with a parked car in High Valleyfield.
At Dunfermline Sheriff Court, Barry Kay, 39, of Kirkgate, Burntisland, admitted that on September 12, in Burns Street, High Valleyfield, having been involved in a collision when driving a car, he failed to stop.
He also admitted he drove when unfit to do so through drink or drugs.
Sentence was deferred for reports until September 22 by Sheriff Donald Ferguson and Kay has been banned temporarily from driving until then.
