EMERGENCY services were called to a property in Rosyth at the weekend after the sudden death of a pensioner.
Police have confirmed that the death is not being treated as suspicious.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "Around 3pm on Sunday, 12 September, 2021, police were called to a property in the Castlandhill Road area of Rosyth, following the sudden death of a 77-year-old woman.
"The death is not being treated as suspicious and, as with all sudden deaths, a report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal."
