Delivery drivers who work for Uber Eats and Just Eat in Dunfermline will "strike" at peak times all this week in protest over better pay.
A group of around 40 will stop working between 5-7pm after seeing their income drop in recent weeks.
A spokesperson for the group said both companies had dropped their delivery charges and hasn't responded to their complaints so felt they had no choice but to stop working in an attempt to pile on the pressure.
One man showed proof to the Press on Tuesday that from a delivery collecting from McDonald's at Fife Leisure Park to an address in Inverkeithing he would have earned £1.40.
The spokesperson said: "All expenses are going up but the delivery charges are going down.
"We're just trying to make a living."
More details will follow in Thursday's edition of the Press.
