A 21-YEAR-OLD Dunfermline man has been sentenced for two violent assaults, including one on a service bus.
The other incident resulted in a man being injured severely after being struck with bottles.
Callum Sallis, of Lorimer Gardens, appeared for sentencing at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted previously that on May 5, 2019, at Robertson Road, Dunfermline, whilst acting with others, he assaulted a male.
He struck him on the head and body repeatedly with glass bottles, knocked him to the ground and punched him repeatedly on the head and body, all to his severe injury.
Sallis also admitted that on June 26 2019, on a public service bus then parked at Carnegie Drive, he assaulted a male by pursuing him and striking him on the head with a glass, causing it to smash, to his injury.
Sheriff Charles Macnair imposed a community payback order with two years of supervision and 190 hours of unpaid work.
