A LIMEKILNS man who shouted and swore at his former partner then twice breached bail conditions has been fined.
Ewan Lothian, 40, of North Loanhead, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on May 16, at an address in Rosyth, he repeatedly attended at the home of his former partner, shouted, swore and refused to leave when asked.
On various occasions between May 16-31 at an address in Rosyth or elsewhere, he breached bail conditions by contacting his former partner repeatedly by phone and approaching her repeatedly.
He further admitted that on September 16, at an address in Rosyth, he breached bail conditions by having contact with his partner.
Depute fiscal Azrah Yousaf said the couple had been in a nine-year relationship which ended earlier this year.
She added that during the disturbance at the woman’s home, Lothian shouted: “F****** cow. Phone the police and I’ll make your life hell.”
Sheriff Wyllie Robertson fined Lothian £940.
