A SEVENTY-six year old man has been arrested and charged in connection with drink driving offences in Cairneyhill.
The incident took place on Tuesday afternoon in Main Street.
South West Fife Police officers issued a warning on Twitter after the incident, saying: "It's not only your own life you put at risk by driving under the influence. Not acceptable. #Think #NoExcuse #DrinkDrivingKills."
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "The incident took place around 4.30pm on Tuesday, 23 November, 2021 on the Main Street in Cairneyhill.
"A 76-year-old man has been reporter to the Procurator Fiscal in connection with road traffic offences."
