A ROSYTH grandfather who was working for an oil company has died "suddenly" at sea off the coast of Saudi Arabia.
Tony Doyle, 56, who had four children and five grandchildren, passed away on November 28.
He was a client rep who worked on heavy lift barges and offshore project management for the state-owned Saudi Aramco, the world's largest oil producer and reportedly the world's most profitable company.
A notice posted by John Gilfillan Funeral Directors said Mr Doyle died "suddenly, at sea off Saudi Arabia".
It added: "Beloved husband of Sandra, loving father to Jamie, Gaz, Tony and Josh, devoted grandad to Hayden, Elise, Chloe, Aubrey and April, much loved brother of Anne-Marie and good friend to many.
"In Tony’s own words, ‘Here for a good time, not a long time.’"
The notice said the funeral service would take place at Dunfermline Crematorium, with the date and time to follow.
