THE Alhambra Theatre in Dunfermline has cancelled multiple performances in response to new Covid restrictions that come into force on Boxing Day.
The venue has confirmed that all shows scheduled from December 26 are no longer able to go ahead, following Nicola Sturgeon's announcement in parliament today, including this year's pantomime and entertainment over the Christmas holidays.
Cancelled shows:
Cinderella 26 (1 & 6pm ) & 27th December (1 & 7pm) 2021
One Night of Queen 28 & 29th December 2021
Red Hot Chilli Pipers 30th December 2021
The Alhambra has confirmed that all ticket holders for Cinderella can move to the shows this week, to ensure they don’t miss out. Those who want to change their ticket can go to the Box Office at the Kingsgate or get a credit note for next year's pantomine.
The dates available for this Christmas week are:
• Tues 21st at 7pm
• Wed 22nd at 1pm and 7pm
• Thurs 23rd at 2.30pm and 7pm
• Fri 24th at 6pm
The Red Hot Chilli Pipers peformance has been rescheduled to February 27, 2022 and the Alhambra are in talks with One of Night of Queen promoters.
