A bus went up in flames in Rosyth last night.
Witnesses reported the fire online before the arrival of emergency services.
The incident took place at the double roundabout.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 8.40pm on Wednesday, 22 December, officers were called to the Kings Road area of Rosyth, following a report of a bus on fire.
"There were no reported injuries and the road was reopened around 12.30am on Thursday, 23 December.”
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “We were alerted at 8.34pm on Wednesday, December 22 to reports of a bus on fire at Queensferry Road, Rosyth.
“Operations Control mobilised two appliances and firefighters extinguished a fire affecting a single decker bus.
“There were no reported casualties and crews left after ensuring the area was made safe.”
