TWO Dunfermline housing companies have been building festive cheer for West Fife organisations.

Kingdom Housing Association and Campion Homes spread some extra Christmas goodwill to local communities surrounding their developments.

Staff delivered selection boxes to Torryburn Primary School and donated £300 to good causes including the Inverkeithing Pantry.

The season of giving continued through Kingdom Support and Care, a subsidiary of Kingdom Housing Association, who donated £250 to EATS Rosyth .

The cash will be used to buy supermarket vouchers for families in need over the festive period.

Staff have also been busy with helping to pack food parcels which will be distributed around the community.

Norah Smith, Kingdom Support & Care’s executive director, said they were proud to be able to help.

"At Kingdom Support & Care we are very much part of the communities in which we operate," she said. "It’s brilliant to see some of the people we work with giving up their own time and volunteering to help others. I know that their hard work will make a huge difference to many people this year.”
