A NEWSAGENTS on Queensferry Road in Rosyth is now up for lease following its closure before Christmas.
New owner of the site Lee Webb is hoping for a fresh look for the place and advertising a new opportunity to let.
The former McColl's convenience store shut down on December 22 under different owners.
It's thought that the shop was suffering from lack of trade and the lease was going to be terminated.
Lee told the Press: "I'm a local and I own the barbers and Hell's Kitchen.
"I'm looking for someone to come in with something different that Rosyth hasn't got.
"I'm hearing that the old TSB next door is opening as a vet's too so hopefully things are looking up for the area.
"I've got a couple of viewings on the cards so hopefully things will come together soon."
