A 31-YEAR-OLD Dunfermline man who has breached a non-harassment order repeatedly has found himself back in the dock.
Kristopher Riddle, also known as Milne, of Broomhead Drive, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that, being a person subject to a non-harassment order imposed on February 3, he breached this between July 23-26 when he approached, contacted and was in the company of his former partner.
Sentence was deferred for reports until February 9.
Riddle was given a jail warning following a previous breach after arranging a meeting with the woman at a ten-pin bowling alley.
At that time, Sheriff Alastair Brown told Riddle: “The court meant what it said. It wasn’t optional, it wasn’t advice.”
On that occasion, Riddle was put on a restriction of liberty order for 10 weeks and warned if there were any further breaches he could expect to be heading to jail.
