A 42-YEAR-OLD man caused a disturbance by shouting and swearing in a Dunfermline store.
John Bett, of Fod Street, Halbeath, appeared for sentencing at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on March 3, at the Raja Brothers shop, Inchkeith Drive, whilst acting with another, he shouted, swore and acted aggressively.
Sheriff Charles Macnair imposed a community payback order with 12 months of supervision.
